These terms apply to the Kidly app and kidlyapp.com, run by Kidly Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using Kidly, you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.
Plans and suggestions
Kidly puts plans together automatically from what venues and other sources tell us. They are suggestions only: distances are approximate, and you decide whether a place suits your family. You are responsible for supervising your children on every outing.
Places, events and deals
Venue details, opening hours, ages, prices, events and deals come from venues and other sources and can change. Please check important details with the venue before you go. Deals are offered by venues and are subject to the venue’s own conditions. Kidly is not responsible for the services, safety or conduct of venues.
A deal’s PIN works once, at that venue only, and some deals can only be used a limited number of times. Deals have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Savings shown in the app are estimates. We may cancel a redemption or close an account that misuses deals.
Using Kidly
Do not misuse Kidly, for example by trying to access other people’s accounts, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Kidly is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we may change or stop parts of Kidly. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
